JumpsPower AC1000 Portable Power Station — 1000 W / 716.8 Wh Pure Sine Wave (LiFePO4)

High-availability portable power for home backup, camping and field work. The AC1000 pairs a 1000 W pure sine wave inverter (2,000 W surge) with a long-life 716.8 Wh LiFePO4 battery pack for dependable, clean power. With dual AC outlets, USB-C PD 100 W in/out, additional USB-C PD 60 W, multiple USB-A (including QC 18 W), and a regulated 12 V car port (up to 120 W), this unit is engineered to run essentials and sensitive electronics without compromise.

Built for Australian conditions, the AC1000 offers fast recharge in ~4 hours (with suitable charging source), an intuitive real-time LCD for input/output and state-of-charge, and a comprehensive Battery Management System (BMS) covering over-current, over-temp and short-circuit protection. The LiFePO4 chemistry delivers excellent thermal stability and a long service life—up to ~3,000 cycles to 80% capacity—for superior total cost of ownership.

Key Benefits

  • Pure sine wave AC (1000 W / 2,000 W surge): Suitable for laptops, TVs, CPAP (check watts) and other sensitive loads.
  • 716.8 Wh LiFePO4 capacity: Safer chemistry, long cycle life and consistent output.
  • 12+ device support: Dual AC, regulated 12 V, USB-C PD (100 W & 60 W) and USB-A including Quick Charge.
  • Rapid recharge: Full charge as fast as ~4 hours with compatible input.
  • Operational visibility: Real-time LCD for SOC, input/output watts and system status.
  • Integrated protections: BMS-controlled over-load, over-temp and short-circuit safeguards.

Ideal Use Cases

  • Home backup: Keep a fridge/freezer (verify surge), lighting, modem/router and device chargers online during outages.
  • Camping & caravanning: Quiet, clean power for lights, fridges, cameras, drones and tablets with efficient USB-C PD.
  • Field work & light trade: Run small AC appliances and charge tools within the 1000 W continuous envelope.

FAQs — JumpsPower AC1000

What can 1000 W / 716.8 Wh realistically power?

Typical loads include laptops, tablets, phones, LED lighting, CPAP (check watts), portable fridges and selected appliances within the 1000 W continuous rating. For compressor or motor loads, ensure their start-up surge does not exceed the 2,000 W surge capability.

How long will it run my device?

Approximate runtime = battery capacity (Wh) × 0.85 ÷ device watts. Example: for a 150 W fridge cycling at ~50% duty, average draw ≈ 75 W → 716.8 Wh × 0.85 ≈ 609 Wh → ≈ 8.1 hours. Real-world results vary with temperature, inverter losses and duty cycle.

How do I recharge the AC1000?

Use the included AC adapter, the 12 V car charger, or USB-C PD up to 100 W. With suitable input, a full recharge can be achieved in roughly 4 hours.

Is LiFePO4 better than standard lithium?

LiFePO4 chemistry offers excellent thermal stability and long cycle life (rated ≈ 3,000 cycles to 80% capacity), making it well-suited to frequent use and high-temperature environments.

Can I connect this to my house switchboard?

No. This is a portable power station for individual devices and small appliances. It is not intended for hard-wiring into household circuits.

Any safety tips?

Operate in a dry, ventilated area. Don’t obstruct vents. Use within stated temperature ranges. Confirm cable and device ratings before connecting. For fridges and compressors, verify surge does not exceed 2,000 W.
