Aeroflow Performance aluminium fuel lines are lightweight and extruded from one seamless thin wall tube. This affordable aluminium fuel/oil line is easy to install on most systems and is ideal for routing lines along the chassis, frame rails or anywhere flexible line is not required. This aluminium line is rated for up to 500 psi and designed for use with tube line adapter fittings or when using a flaring tool with tube nut/tube sleeve combinations.

The hard line is available in 25-foot rolls (7.6 meters) of various diameters, including 1/2" (12.7mm). The black anodised finish provides high corrosion resistance, making it suitable for applications involving E85 and alcohol fuels. For optimal results, it is recommended to use a tube bender (sold separately) to minimise flaking of the black coating on bends.
