Aeroflow Performance 304 stainless steel hard lines are aircraft-quality, seamless thin wall tubes that are double annealed for easier flaring and bending. This stainless-steel brake, fuel, or oil line is ideal for routing lines along the chassis, frame rails, or anywhere flexible line is not required. Rated for up to 6000 psi, these hard lines are designed for use with tube line adapter fittings or when using a flaring tool with tube nut/tube sleeve combinations.

The hard line is available in 25-foot rolls (7.5 metres) of various sizes including 3/16" (4.76mm), 1/4" (6.35mm), 5/16" (7.95mm), 3/8" (9.52mm), or 1/2" (12.7mm) outside diameter tubing.

NOTE: Stainless steel is more difficult to bend and flare compared to typical steel line. We recommend that a professional-grade flaring tool be used with these lines. Additionally, stainless steel can be challenging to seal when replacing an existing brake or fuel line. A thorough inspection of existing components may be necessary for a proper seal.
